I've been cooking for about 10 years. I started out making simple dishes like scrambled eggs, grilled cheese, and pasta dishes. As I've gotten more comfortable in the kitchen, I've become more adventurous and have tried making recipes from different cuisines like Mexican, Japanese, and Italian.
